The role is responsible to lead, identify, assess, and optimize the work process and systems in the demand planning to fulfill (DP2F), to support P&SP business strategy. The Integrated Supply Chain function is responsible for making sure that demand, supply, scheduling and integrated business planning all function in an optimized manner, respecting business service strategy, working capital requirements.  Partnering with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Site Logistics, Logistics and Clien'ts IT is key to successful projects.


Responsibilities include:

  • Lead efforts to optimize or develop integrated supply chain work processes, business rules, and establish metrics in the areas of forecasting/demand planning, production planning, inventory management, order fulfillment and the S&OP and IBP processes.
  • Apply supply chain and IT most effective technology (MET) and best practices during business projects
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert in the areas of project management, ISC work process and tools and MET.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and relationships, including with Client’s DSS team.
  • Leverage internal consulting skills, communications and project methodologies
  • Participate on or lead cross-functional team projects
  • Apply MET planning technology (ECC, APO tool suite, Logility DP and MP and OMP) to continuously improve planning and scheduling.
  • Apply MET SC automation technology to reduce lag time and real time information in supply chain.
  • Apply Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts to improving business processes towards maturity for Supply/Demand/Reconciliation.
  • Manage cross functional projects to improve Packaging and Specialty Plastics end to end customer fulfillment experience.
  • Lead and implement cross functional projects, including human change management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional IT and work process requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects
  • Technical proficiency in the use of computer applications, and sound analytical skills are necessary.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. - based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident).  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree – Engineering, IT or Industrial Engineering
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain planning, scheduling, S&OP/IBP or demand management
  • Experience with Logility, ECC, APO, OMP 
  • Experience with Oliver Wight IBP methodology
  • APICS CPIM Certification
  • The critical competencies required for success are Interpersonal Effectiveness, Initiative, Value Creation, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience with Access DB, skills with managing large amounts of data effectively
  • Experience in leading large cross functional projects
  • Experience in change management planning and execution
