Description:

General Activities:

 

  • Review daily/weekly/bi-weekly audit reports and coordinate corrections with administrators
  • Provide ad-hoc and standard reports for business partners and auditing include SAP HR and Salesforce
  • Coordinate data corrections and changes including mass data changes
  • Support the Compensation functional expert to create audits, organize review of data for accuracy and coordinate corrections
  • Support North America and Latin America Regional HR Data Experts in day-to-day activities
  • Review shared team mailboxes for issue resolution and create cases in Salesforce console

Services Delivery:

 

  • Coordinates escalation, resolution, testing, and implementation of solutions for reported bugs.
  • Delivers the support processes that enable operational excellence and implements service improvements.
  • Ensures service level agreements are being met.
  • Escalates issues to resolver teams, e.g. Global Data Experts or Client’s Center of Excellence HR, as part of agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and other services management practices.
  • Assign and maintain HR security access roles for key and end users. Uphold data privacy requirements.
  • Drive data integrity and accuracy controls, reporting and address of exceptions.

Ongoing enhancements:

 

  • Create and recommend new requirements (Business Requirement Documents) reflecting business needs.
  • Raise change requests, prioritize tickets and test resolution; communicate change to end users, create incident tickets with Mars Information Services
  • Organize testing and sign-off of new functionality and ensure its communication and implementation
  • Updates to HR documentation based on HR system changes

Key User and Business Community:

 

  • Develop the network of key users and downstream system owners within the region in order to ensure upskilling and sharing of best practices.
  • Coordinate the ongoing delivery of training to key users
  • Maintain communication channels to keep all Key Users and partners informed about HR system process changes, new features, outages, projects, etc.

Projects delivery roles

  • Assist Regional HR Data Experts with projects and testing; coordinating downstream teams and key user testing
  • Update documentation with system changes and provide updates to HR documentation Content Managers
  • Train Key Users on changes and/or new functionality

Requirements:

Job Specifications/Qualifications:

 

1. Education & Professional Qualification:

 

  • Knowledge, skills, and capabilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree program in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of HR processes/systems/information
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year’s SAP HR experience
  • Salesforce preferred but not required
  • Project Management / Services Management and/or Process Management classes or certification an advantage

2. Knowledge/Experience:

 

  • HR processes and solutions
  • Experience of enabling business using HR systems
  • Working in an international business environment
  • Experience of advanced problem solving, e.g. must be able to work in both a business process level and troubleshoot systems issues at the detailed operational level
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
